Overseas Engineering and Construction Company LTDA., S.A. (OECC) was established by Overseas Investment and Development Corporation (OIDC) in Panama in 1997. Since then, OECC has completed several projects of Evergreen Shipment Corporation, Manufacturing Plants and Industrial Buildings in Panama.

OECC has earned its high recognition of its efforts for completing the projects in high quality and on time. OECC has been expanding its businesses from Panama to the

other Caribbean countries, Central America, Africa, South East Asia & South Pacific regions.

OECC is the only profesional overseas construction company founded by renowned ROC syndicates & initially focused its businesses around the globe.

Currently, OECC's main business is to perform public engineering and construction projects for the countries having diplomatic relationships with ROC. During the course of project implementation, OECC constantly interacts with the host countries, offers training to the students of universities, hires local employees and transfers engineering and managing technologies to them.

Furthermore, OECC also would like to be a pioneer for leading the investment from ROC to the most countries.
